By downloading, installing and using Soft Lock application ("app"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("TAC") - you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Soft Lock app. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Soft Lock App.

1. Use of application
The Provider grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use Soft Lock Application solely and exclusively for your personal use.
You may not use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Application (or servers or networks connected to the Application), nor may you use the Application in any manner that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Application (or servers or networks connected to the Application).

You may only use the Soft Lock app on Android devices that you own or control and as permitted by the Play Store Terms of Service.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that The Provider has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) your use of the Application, any breach of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions, and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which The Provider may suffer) of any such breach.

2. Privacy
Soft Lock app may collect and use information about how you interact with our application(s) and which areas of our application(s) you visited. Soft Lock may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the Soft Lock App.

3. Maintenance and Support
Soft Lock does provide minimal maintenance or support for it but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law.

4. Purchases
Purchases of Soft Lock mobile apps on the Android platform may be refundable for a short time period in accordance with the refund policy of the app store from which the purchase was made. Once this time period elapses, all purchases are 100% non-refundable. We are in no way responsible for handling these refunds.

5. Disclaimer
Soft lock applications are provided "as is". You expressly understand and agree that the provider, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors are not liable to you under any theory of liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages that may be incurred by you through your use of the application, including any loss of data or damage to your mobile device, whether or not the provider or its representatives have been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.
